Addressing potential investor concerns upfront

Let's save you time—we know as investors you'll have concerns

🚨 Concern 1

You are building a wrapper, a foundational model which are your providers company like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc. will kill you

Yes, that's true—we're aware this is our biggest risk. We've proactively engaged potential competitors. Recently at Y Combinator, we spoke with Tavus (a YC company) about their product and market vision. For now, they prefer users specialize in use cases rather than doing it themselves. That being said, we are sure the technology will be at some point a commodity, which in any case will help us to decrease our OPEX. What cannot be commoditized is the moat you build as you specialize on a use case. For the past 3 weeks we have moved fast to acquire clients in which we can build a switching cost as we save the data from the conversations and integrate with other tools in their workflows. So far our clients have been startups using us for customer support, real-life experiences (this one has no moat) and we have two contacts that landed us the contacts to be negotiating with corps like KFC, McDonalds, and similar in Central America where we can build a deep integration. The bigger the switching cost, the more difficult it becomes for anyone to enter.

🚨 Concern 2

The business isn't sustainable, too early to say your retention.

Yes, we know—we launched three weeks ago. However, we've made strong progress: we already have paying customers. The ICP isn't fully defined yet, and we're iterating on it. At this stage, our goal is to demonstrate our ability to iterate quickly, with strong business and technical capabilities. We can close sales and build MVPs that companies of various sizes are willing to pay for. Ultimately, while we see huge market opportunity, execution matters most. We're confident in our world-class team and ability to succeed in any business.

🚨 Concern 3

You guys seem good, but not world-class.

Sure, if we contrast our team credentials to Stanford PhDs or ex-something, we completely agree. That being said, we have a strong network of people from our relationships like Andrés Bilbao (Rappi), Alex Torrenegra (Torre), Danielle Strachmann (Thiel Fellowship), Carlos Alzate (AI Fund), etc and previous programs we have participated like Latitud, On Deck, START Global, etc. We are not newcomers.

🚨 Concern 4

You guys are too early

Please give us the feedback why you don’t think we are worth it at this moment. We have worked with investors, and we know that any investor who thinks a company is too early simply means we haven’t hit the milestones you think are the minimum for you to derisk on your head an investment. We really want the real feedback from you.
